I have light pink spotting,constant headaches, and bloating. Can anyone tell me what that means? - constant bloating

I had my time a little over two weeks and a half and I've had a constant headache at the front and back of the head and pink spots, bloating, back pain, arm and stomach and oh Ive been using the toilet. Can you help me?
